Discover with us Jordan on two wheels! This is a good opportunity to combine sport, outdoor and cultural interests. You will see the various landscape ranging from lush vergetation to desert and mix it with attractions like Petra in the south or Jerash in the north. You have to be in a rather good condition because of many level sections including steep climbs. Endurance is sometimes necessary.
Depending on the fitness of the group we cover 20 to 35 km a day. The group size ranges between 8 and 16 persons. The bikes and your luggage will be transported by a vehicle. Bike hire is possible in Jordan, we also can provide helmets. Best travel time is spring and autumn because of the pleasant weather and especially in spring you will see the nature growing.
Climbing
The only place to climb in Jordan is Wadi Rum, but is is a great place to do. There are climbs reaching 1.700 meter and vary between several degrees of difficulty. Climbs are restricted and must be accompanied by an experienced Bedouin guide. He will usually provide you with the necessary climbing and camping equipment. High season for climbing lasts from October to April.
